Overview
The Redlands State Street City Hall project transforms the former Citrus Center at 300 E. State St. into a modern, accessible civic hub. The renovation features a redesigned public plaza with seating, landscaping, and direct pedestrian access from State Street, creating a welcoming civic gathering space. Inside, a new council chambers will showcase expansive glass walls, natural skylighting, and state-of-the-art voting and broadcasting systems. The project also enhances wayfinding and streamlines public access to development services and administrative offices.
