Overview
This 9,000 sf expansion will add dedicated infant and toddler facilities, expanded classroom space, and outdoor learning environments designed to support exploration, creativity, and early childhood development. Scope includes site work and an addition to the existing day care center, building on the campus’s current CDC program, which serves local families while functioning as a laboratory school for Cerritos College students pursuing careers in early childhood education. The center’s learning environment is expected to include classrooms, child care support spaces, secure site improvements, outdoor educational areas, and play-based features that support hands-on learning and development.
